About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical knowledge of IT environments for Telecommunications;
Experience in systems architecture to address technical and business challenges;
Familiarity with platforms and tools specific to the main initiatives you will work on;
Critical analysis of requirements and modeling to translate business-identified challenges;
Definition and support of software and solution architecture;
Knowledge of agile methodology;
Experience in Salesforce projects acting as Technical Lead and/or Architect;
Hands-on profile (create, design, present and implement project solutions);
Define and design, proposing the best technical and functional solution, understanding the business and the real needs of the project while considering the risks and overall impacts of the proposed solution;
Propose technical solutions considering best use of the platform (performance, scalability, maintenance, platform limitations, etc.);
Ensure visibility and management of interdependencies between the features that compose the solution;
Produce technical documentation;
Support and guide implementation, development and testing teams;
Provide consultative support in technical/functional forums;
Serve as a Salesforce technical/functional reference;
Be responsible for technical refinement of requirements;
Support and/or perform troubleshooting of critical issues and participate in warrooms;
Escalate and route technical impediments and support their resolution;
Be responsible for all engagement and actions regarding the technical scope during the refinement phase;
Defend technical solutions before the technical COE (Center of Excellence);
Support detailing the functionality roadmap (technical perspective);
Keep controls and tools up to date (status, impediments, refinement planning, etc.).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced knowledge of declarative customization of Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce programmatic features for backend and frontend: Apex, LWC, Aura, DataRaptor, Calculation Matrix, Vlocity Card.
Knowledge of OmniStudio, CPQ Industries, Order Management (OM), Catalog, PLM, Vlocity Core, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/DataMappers, Calculation Matrix, Templates, APEX REST, external callouts;
Advanced knowledge of APIs and microservices (REST, SOAP);
Familiarity with deployment processes and tools, preferably GIT;
Administration of Users, System, Profiles, Permissions and Access;
Degree in Software Development Technology, preferably Software Engineering;
Hold Salesforce certifications focused on solution architecture and/or technical leadership;
Preferred: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect;
Preferred: Experience in projects and solution/technical architecture definitions for integration between Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence.
