Sales Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and implement the company's commercial strategy
- Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure predictability and continuous improvement of commercial results
- Develop the market and expand the customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and structure consultative approaches
- Lead strategic negotiations focused on high-value contracts
- Report results, learnings and projections directly to the executive board
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Proven experience in commercial management, especially in B2B sales in the technology, data, AI, or consulting sectors
- Proficiency in consultative sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools
- Experience defining commercial strategies, forecasting, and monitoring KPIs
- Experience conducting complex negotiations and managing relationships with C-level executives
- Leadership skills, ability to develop sales opportunities, and strong communication skills
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented with a sense of urgency
