Partner with the Health team;
Orchestrate differing stakeholder interests;
Optimize a strategic product, ensuring its standardization for implementation;
Develop functional and visual solutions aligned with user needs;
Consider technical requirements in product design;
Analyze data and apply design best practices to inform decisions;
Contribute to business returns through metrics-driven design.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong command of Discovery for digital products (examples: heuristic analysis, benchmarking, usability testing, in-depth interviews);
Experience with Service Design to map pain points and opportunities across service journeys;
Alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy is consistent with product/company interests;
Facilitation of group workshops and dynamics;
Mapping of flows and user journeys;
Proven experience as a Product Designer, designing interfaces for digital products;
Familiarity with the end-to-end design process (from discovery to delivery);
Knowledge of UX Writing best practices;
Share and disseminate design knowledge to stakeholders;
Advanced Figma skills for prototyping.
