Requirements

2–5 years of experience in system administration or a comparable role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (M365).
Hands-on experience with virtualization (Proxmox VE, VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with backup solutions (ideally Veeam).
Basic understanding of networking and security (VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
Structured working style, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
German: business fluent (C1/C2); English: good.
Nice-to-have: Linux administration, storage systems (Ceph, NetApp), automation (Ansible, Terraform), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Proxmox, Veeam).
