About the role

  • Lead deployment projects for private mobile networks (LTE/4G/5G) and indoor mobile coverage infrastructures (DAS)
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from scoping to commissioning
  • Coordinate teams, monitor performance, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage deployment projects from A to Z (scoping → commissioning)
  • Define and track schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables
  • Establish project governance (steering committees, reporting, KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLAs, milestones)
  • Anticipate risks (schedule, cost, quality) and propose decisions or trade-offs
  • Monitor performance and delivery quality
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Contribute to optimization of deployment processes
  • Capture and leverage project lessons learned

Requirements

  • Experience in technical project management (telecommunications experience preferred)
  • Good understanding of 4G / 5G / DAS environments (a plus)
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Strong client orientation
  • Technical English skills appreciated
