Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including posting necessary journal entries
Perform daily bank reconciliation and monthly credit card reconciliation
Maintain fixed assets and perform annual review of assets
Prepare financial analyses and reports
Support audit engagements and provide supporting documentation for annual financial statement review engagement and 401k audit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting required.
Advanced Excel experience
Working knowledge of GAAP
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Attentive to detail, high degree of accuracy and well organized.
