About the role

  • Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP SD implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements and SAP SD configurations.
  • Configure core SD components including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and delivery processing.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM, and PP.
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, regression, and UAT) and support defect resolution.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and configuration guides.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments (ABAP).
  • Support master data activities for customers, materials, pricing conditions, and output determination.
  • Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to business teams.
  • Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on SAP SD processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (preferred).
  • Understanding of cross‑module integration (FI, MM, WM, PP).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with global teams.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA simplification items (Nice to Have).
  • Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and integration with external systems (Nice to Have).
  • SAP SD Certification (Nice to Have).
