Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in sales, customer consulting, or service is an advantage but not required.
  • A strong affinity for sales is required.
  • You want to sell genuine value, not just products.
  • You are not afraid of cold calling and demonstrate persistence in customer interactions.
  • Strong communication skills & empathy: a professional, confident demeanor and negotiation skills are essential.
  • You are technically and linguistically proficient.
  • Basic understanding of digital topics and excellent written and spoken German.
