  • As a Sales Associate, you are the driving force behind our growth.
  • You act independently and with a strong focus on results.
  • Your primary focus is on building new customer relationships and selling our services.

  • You continuously develop through digital training, internal coaching, and practical onboarding.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some experience in sales, customer advising, or the service sector is an advantage but not required.
  • A strong affinity for sales, however, is essential.
  • You want to sell real added value, not just products.
  • No fear of cold calling and persistence in customer contact.
  • Strong communication skills & empathy: a professional, confident presence and negotiation skills are indispensable.
  • You are technically and linguistically adept.
  • Basic understanding of digital topics and very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
