About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee negotiation strategies and ensure efficient file progress.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree or Paralegal Certification is highly preferred due to the legal nature of the work.
- At least 7 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in lien resolution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills to lead and direct internal team and manage client expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and follow-up with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Strategic thinker with an aptitude for identifying opportunities and advocating for change by creatively analyzing data to make informed decisions.
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
