About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery and onboarding of applications within a multi-tenant, high-availability enterprise platform
  • Engage with application teams and stakeholders to elicit, refine, and validate business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain process flows, onboarding guides, and operational workflows for platform integration
  • Align requirements with ongoing delivery activities
  • Identify and surface cross-team dependencies that may impact onboarding or migration timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Washington, DC
  • Experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements in complex IT environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
  • Experience documenting workflows, process maps, and system interactions
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
