About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Sales Manager, you will take operational responsibility for our sales process.
- You will identify and qualify customer opportunities, conduct initial discussions, understand customer needs, coordinate proposals, and ensure a smooth handover to project management.
- You will build relationships, create structure, make our pipeline transparent, consistently follow up on opportunities, and ensure that customer interest turns into realistic, well-prepared projects.
- Coordinate the proposal process, document requirements and ensure clear communication between customer and project management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the fields of software, IT services, AI, engineering, automation, or complex technical solutions that require explanation
- Experience in qualifying customer needs and opportunities
- Understanding of project-based business, proposal processes, and complex customer decision-making
- Ability to communicate technical topics in an understandable way
- Basic commercial understanding
- Very good German skills and very good English skills
