About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Care for patients throughout Colorado via telehealth.
- Evaluate and treat patients through personalized hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight management, and preventive healthcare.
- Build long-term patient relationships in a collaborative telemedicine environment.
- Complete the hiring and credentialing process promptly, including verification of an active Colorado license, DEA, NPI, and board certification.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Colorado Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with Colorado APRN licensure (Family specialty only) or an active Colorado Physician Assistant license under your primary taxonomy NPI.
- Current Colorado DEA registration (required at the time of application; no company reimbursement is provided).
- Current National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Current board certification applicable to your profession.
- No current or pending malpractice claims or disciplinary actions.
- Experience or a strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, men's health, women's health, and medical weight management is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
