About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth.
- Treat patients of both biological sexes with a primary focus on women's hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with Texas APRN licensure (Family specialty only) or an active Texas Physician Assistant license under your primary taxonomy NPI.
- Current Texas DEA registration (required at the time of application; no company reimbursement is provided).
- Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
- Current board certification applicable to your profession.
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
- Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
