About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide independent resource solution management for one or more resource subsets/roles
- Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders and circulate information to management teams
- Partner with Business Units to manage demand planning and resource requirements
- Support centralized resourcing efforts and maintain data integrity in global resourcing tools
- Update trackers and run reports and queries
- Analyze resource assignments, skillsets, and availability to recommend assignment opportunities
- Support and educate partners on global resourcing toolsets and processes
- Support TA/candidate recruitment efforts as needed
- Maintain contact with internal stakeholders and resolve data integrity and assignment issues
- Lead recurring or ad hoc calls, take minutes, track action items, and share data
- Manage confidential information regarding resource leaves, terminations, and organizational changes
- Complete regular GRM quality checks and analyze resourcing reports and dashboards
- Evaluate cross-resourcing requests and report solution options to management
- Analyze capacity, therapeutic experience reports, and CVs
- Partner with business liaisons to allocate resources and support financial health
- Provide resourcing trends and data integrity analysis to leadership
- Support redeployment efforts and identify new positions
- Suggest process improvements and escalate resourcing or process issues
- Support training on resourcing toolsets
- Complete daily STAT Request reviews and processes
- Assist with SharePoint, Teams, or intranet site maintenance
- Perform other assigned work-related duties and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in business, management or in the science/health care field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Resource management experience including resourcing/logistics experience, preferably in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or bio-technology company
- Direct and relevant clinical research experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to continuously anticipate/solve problems
- Effective interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet
- Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%)
