Develop innovative and data-driven patient recruitment and retention strategies
Collaborate with Business Development, Proposals, and internal teams
Start the development of the Patient Recruitment Plan (PRP)
Stay informed on global regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate real-world insights into planning
Engage with clients during pre-award discussions
Represent R&R function in strategic conversations with sponsors
Leverage real-world data and historical performance to refine strategies
Monitor industry trends and innovations in patient recruitment
Track and analyze proposal outcomes and recruitment performance data
Requirements
Graduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in patient recruitment and retention strategy development, clinical trial feasibility, or related areas
Excellent leadership/management skills and experience including planning, evaluation, directing and motivating staff
Highly effective communications, organizational, presentation, documentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to implement and control productivity measures with understanding of financial controls
Record of engaging diverse interests for common good
Ability to coach and influence others to translate business needs into successful outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset toward innovation and achieving results
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Membership and/or affiliations with relevant professional organizations preferred.
