About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establishes, maintains and updates training material for site contracts lead team and site contract negotiators.
- Oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA´s) and drives document finalization
- Advises stakeholders on industry trends, norms, and developments surrounding contract negotiations
- Plans contract execution strategy for assigned studies
- Creates and maintains document status reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Subject matter expertise in site contracting issues
- Experience in negotiating clinical study agreements (CTAs)
- Knowledge of financial attachments and investigator grant budgets
- Ability to advise on industry trends and mitigation tactics for negotiation issues
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
