Key responsibilities & impact

Provides oversight for all assigned projects to ensure study launch, conduct and closeout occur according to the Customer’s and company's contractual agreement
Forecasts, prioritizes and directs staff to achieve on-time sponsor deliverables
Collaborates with Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation team to provide operational input
Drives preparation and facilitation of bid defense meetings
Provides oversight to project management teams
Actively mentors junior project delivery oversight staff
Develops and maintains knowledge of evolving trends related to therapeutic area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Oversight for all assigned projects to ensure study launch, conduct and closeout occur according to Customer’s and company's contractual agreement
Ensure studies progress according to internal and Customer quality standards, SOPs, GCPs and ICH guidelines
Collaborate with Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation team
Mentors junior project delivery oversight staff
Troubleshoot difficulties in project conduct between the company and Customer
Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving trends
