About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in documenting functional requirements and supporting translation into system solutions
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs
  • Support configuration and maintenance of enterprise systems and modules
  • Assist with system integrations across clinical, finance, procurement, and other applications
  • Support data migration activities, including validation and quality checks
  • Generate basic reports and dashboards to support operational insights
  • Assist in development of test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployments
  • Troubleshoot routine system issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Maintain documentation including user guides and SOP-aligned materials
  • Support identification of process improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or a related field.
  • Domain Knowledge Lifesciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare would be Plus.
  • Exposure to AI Tools (preferred)
  • Foundational understanding of the drug development lifecycle or regulated environments (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying concepts (PL/SQL exposure a plus)
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems or cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Windows Servers, IIS) preferred
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (preferred)
  • Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
