About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in documenting functional requirements and supporting translation into system solutions
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs
- Support configuration and maintenance of enterprise systems and modules
- Assist with system integrations across clinical, finance, procurement, and other applications
- Support data migration activities, including validation and quality checks
- Generate basic reports and dashboards to support operational insights
- Assist in development of test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployments
- Troubleshoot routine system issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Maintain documentation including user guides and SOP-aligned materials
- Support identification of process improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or a related field.
- Domain Knowledge Lifesciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare would be Plus.
- Exposure to AI Tools (preferred)
- Foundational understanding of the drug development lifecycle or regulated environments (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying concepts (PL/SQL exposure a plus)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems or cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Windows Servers, IIS) preferred
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (preferred)
- Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
