Recruitment and Retention Specialist – Open to Graduates, Early Career
Syneos HealthSupportive role on Patient Engagement team ensuring client deliverables for a leading life sciences organization. Collaborating on project materials and maintaining communication with study teams and clients.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Key supportive role on the Patient Engagement team ensuring that all project deliverables meet the client’s expectations
- Assist PE Lead in the development, preparation, approval and distribution of materials relating to Patient Engagement tactics
- Collaborate with the study team to ensure all Patient Engagement tactics are approved prior to distribution
- Assists with initial development of the Patient Engagement Plan and takes responsibility for maintaining all subsequent updates
- Coordinates all patient recruitment materials regulatory submissions and approvals
Requirements
What you’ll need- C1 Level English or Higher
- BA/BS in the biological sciences or related discipline in the natural sciences/health care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet
- Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, as well as a team oriented approach
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines on several projects with specific and unique requirements, while providing attention to detail and high quality work
