About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Senior Tech Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis of complex business problems and guiding the design and implementation of advanced business solutions.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to implement and support solutions to optimize performance, drive savings, and enhance the company’s competitive edge.
- Identifies and documents emerging business requirements; Questions business partner and knowledge worker preferences to identify unique value drivers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, user guides and reports.
- Communicate between business units, technology teams, and support teams, aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ Years of experience with relevant bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications or related field.
- Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or working within Salesforce ecosystems (e.g., Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working closely with software development teams on delivery and enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
