About the role
- Oversee and maintain country (Israel) deliverables as part of the overall project plan
- Manage and maintain accurate country-level plans
- Ensure timely bidirectional communication between global and local study teams
- Cluster-focused stakeholder management
- Documented review of reports/issues written by CRAs/Lead CRAs
- Drive recruitment at regional/country level
- Local country vendor management and oversight (as applicable)
- Drive data cleaning at regional/country level
- Support study team during audits, inspections, and query resolution
- Involvement in site selection, feasibility assessments, timeline planning, and recruitment support
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew
- Deep knowledge of Israeli clinical processes
- Previous experience with Israeli sites
- Knowledge of Israeli RA contacts and regulatory and Submissions processes
- Preferably historical CRA or strong site-level experience
- Solid understanding of site operations and dynamics
- Start-up phase experience (site selection, feasibility assessments, timeline planning, recruitment support)
- Experience working with vendors during study setup
- Ability to support audits, inspections, and query resolution
- Strong leadership skills to manage complex or challenging conversations
- Experience in Oncology field across different study phases
