About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop programs and provide statistical programming support for statisticians or for client or business use
Address needs for sourcing, organizing and interpreting complex data sets
Suggest revisions geared toward increasing productivity in programming processes
Utilizes primary development tools including Medidata, Rave, Oracle OC/RDC, Oracle Inform, and/or SAS
Generate and maintain all required documentation
Serves on project teams to coordinate and lead development activities
Balance multiple task assignments and communicate needs to supervisor
Provide technology support to clinical programming staff
Ensure high quality deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of related education and experience
Minimum 7+yrs of experience reports Programming
Data Visualization experience in Spotfire/Tableau/PowerBI (useful)
Experience with either Python/SAS/SQL
Clinical background experience is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience with programming languages, such as PL/SQL, SAS, C#, or VB preferred
Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%)
