Key responsibilities & impact

Owns and manages the contracts process
Works proactively with Project Leads and Business Development
Drives identified corporate targets and departmental goals
Identifies project and/or individual contract-related risks and provides swift resolution
Maintains ownership of and manages contract process
Leads the negotiation and preparation of both financial and contractual terms
Provides clear analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Collaborates closely with the Pricing and Proposals teams
Effectively negotiates with Customers to achieve mutually acceptable financial outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in a Business Administration, Finance or Legal field
Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience preferably in contract drafting and/or contracts management within a pharmaceutical research, go to market, and/or healthcare environment
Must be customer-centric, self-motivated, and proactive
Flexibility in responding to job demands
Excellent problem-solving skills and above average attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Demonstrates effective time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
