Clinical Support Specialist, Portuguese Advanced – Regulatory Experience

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational and administrative support to clinical functions
- Coordinate documentation and communications, manage shared mailboxes, organize project files
- Enter, maintain and reconcile information in clinical tracking systems
- Track timelines and milestones
- Perform document management activities including creation, formatting, and quality control
- Translation of documents using approved vendors/systems
- Use AI-enabled tools and dashboards for support
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor workload, budget, and project hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- English Intermediate/advanced and Portuguese advanced (mandatory)
- Minimum 1-year clinical operations experience
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical operations
- Strong documentation and communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Ability to embrace new technologies and demonstrate ability to learn and adopt new technologies and tasks
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
