About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive sales effectiveness training.
  • delivering training on customer engagement, and building and updating offerings using a suite of AI-enabled sales enablement tools like Synthesia, Iorad and others for internal BD/Go-To-Market users across the Syneos Enterprise.
  • report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Training, and will liaise closely with the Enterprise Sales Operations, Business Insights, Business Technology and Corporate Learning and Development Teams.
  • Training design and delivery includes all learning methods, such as virtual and in-person instructor-led training, job aids, workshops, and the creation of virtual learning pathways.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training content
  • Ability to develop training using modern authoring and AI-enabled tools (e.g. Synthesia, Iorad, Articulate, etc.)
  • Ability to participate in cross-functional teams to help implement training priorities, interview SMEs, and work with existing external technology partners to create structured learning objectives, create original content, and build assessments
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, combining rigorous attention to detail with disciplined time management.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks, maintaining clear communication on status and risks, and applying standardized quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in every deliverable.
  • The ability to articulate their approach to the training they create, as well as explain the specific advantages of using different types of media as part of the training
  • (Near) Native-level Business English oral and written communication skills so that the training they produce and deliver is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences.
