About the role
- Accountable for the strategic planning & management and performance of clinical trials
- Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables
- Collaborates with functional leaders to coordinate delivery handoffs
- Oversees training regarding protocol specifics, SOPs, clinical plans and guidelines
- Reviews the content and quality of site and central monitoring documentation when appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Health or Natural Sciences
- Three years of experience in clinical research
- Experience in project management and certain time as field monitor or site coordinator
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
