About the role
- Develop and maintain statistical programming standards and best practices
- Provide technical expertise and leadership
- Collaborate with statisticians and other stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and statistical outputs
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues
- Mentor and train junior programmers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of programming processes
- Design and implement efficient programming solutions
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
- Stay updated with latest advancements
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Clinical statistical programming
- Strong experience of ADAM & TLF
- Good to have experience of SDTM
- Experience of study lead experience- client facing experience
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 or equivalent certification preferred
