About the role
- Overseeing accounts receivable department within an organization
- Manage a team of accounts receivable specialists
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, collections, and reconciliations
- Monitor credit limits, resolve billing discrepancies, and communicate with customers regarding payment issues
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cash flow
- Generate accurate and timely reports on cash applications for senior management
Requirements
- Proficiency in applying payments to customer accounts and solve discrepancies
- Familiarity with ERP´s: Oracle, PeopleSoft
- Accuracy in entering data and reconciling accounts to ensure financial records are correct
- Strong numerical skills to manage, track and report financial transactions
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Effective communication with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues and provide information
- Capability to address and resolve payment variances and other financial discrepancies
- Supervisory skills to manage a team, set goals and ensure deadlines are met
- English: Level C1 or equivalent
