About the role

End-to-End Payroll Processing for multiple EMEA countries, including data collection, validation, and submission to third-party providers.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including tax, social security, and labor laws.
Act as the subject matter expert for EMEA payroll, advising on complex queries and legislative changes.
Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
Perform monthly reconciliations, audits, and reporting to support financial close and compliance.
Manage year-end activities, including tax filings, certificates, and statutory reporting.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
Support internal and external audits and maintain robust documentation.
Provide guidance and training to junior payroll team members.

Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in EMEA payroll.
Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience working with global payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP).
Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPP, CPP) are a plus.
Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages preferred.
