About the role
- Lead and manage end to end execution of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Serves as the team leader by overseeing project teams
- Leads groups of technical PMs and BAs on large, complex projects
- Facilitates team building and communication
- Acts as a liaison and facilitator between other departments within the Company for project related tasks and/or issues
- Proactively monitors project resources and works with functional lead/management to ensure project requirements are met and engages with senior level internal and external project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
- Ability to work in areas outside of their usual comfort zone and love to learn new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Extremely proficient with facilitating communication between clients and internal teams
- Highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and work in a cross-functional team environment
