About the role
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of complex technical projects
- Oversee project teams and facilitate communication
- Monitor project resources and ensure project requirements are met
- Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals
- Lead project sprints and establish training processes
- Provide oversight and mentorship to junior staff members
- Accountable for project objectives by monitoring progress and report on milestones
- Review proposed modifications on project plans and implement changes
- Analyze, plan, and develop project requirements and standards
- Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
- Ability to work in areas outside of their usual comfort zone
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Extremely proficient with facilitating communication between clients and internal teams
- Highly organized and capable of refining existing processes and developing new ones
- Ability to multitask and work in a cross-functional team environment
- Five (5) – seven (7) years of technical project management experience
