About the role
- Serve as senior point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, lasting partnerships.
- Identify and implement tailored solutions aligned to client needs and strategic priorities.
- Represent the organization in governance meetings and lead proposal development and bid defense strategies.
- Own strategy and execution across complex clinical research projects.
- Conduct regular reviews (risk, financial, and delivery) to maintain project health.
- Leverage analytics for proactive risk mitigation and drive excellence in delivery performance.
- Ensure budget accuracy, profitability, and appropriate scope management.
- Oversee resource planning, negotiate change orders, and align financial and operational strategies.
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor project leaders, empowering independent problem-solving and continuous growth.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance optimization efforts.
- Ensure delivery of compliant, high-quality studies aligned with ICH/GCP and FDA regulations.
- Lead data-driven reviews to mitigate risks and resolve quality concerns.
- Drive corporate and departmental initiatives focused on efficiency and innovation.
- Support change management related to systems, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in clinical research within a pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech environment.
- Extensive project leadership and client relationship management experience.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.
- Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional financial, strategic, and leadership skills.
