About the role

  • Powers global rewards strategy through analytics, data integrity, process excellence and partnership
  • Partner closely with Compensation team and Delivery Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful analyses
  • Utilize Workday (Advanced Compensation), PayFactors, Excel, and data analytics tools to drive automation, consistency, and insight
  • Analyze market data, internal pay structures, and compensation trends
  • Prepare compensation models, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively recommend actions
  • Participate in annual compensation cycles ensuring flawless execution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation processes

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of compensation or rewards analytics experience within a global enterprise environment
  • Strong proficiency in Workday (Advanced Compensation preferred), Excel, and analytical tools
  • familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large data volumes with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify emerging patterns, and bring forward recommendations that improve compensation outcomes
