About the role
- Support HR reporting and analytics through accurate data management
- Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring HR reports and dashboards
- Perform data analysis to identify data issues, trends, or inconsistencies
- Support ad-hoc and recurring reports from Workday
- Conduct data audits and reconciliations
- Manage daily HR case activity through the HR Service Delivery platform
- Serve as first line of support for HR-related reporting inquiries
- Review data with a critical eye to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or errors
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR reporting, HR operations, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, lookups, charts)
- Basic understanding of HR metrics and concepts such as headcount, turnover, and attrition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
