About the role
- Overall execution of clinical trial(s); from study concept through completion
- May have direct reports and will matrix manage assigned study team(s)
- Escalate performance issues to management with plans for resolution
- Provide input on regulatory documents (e.g., IB, CSR, IND/DSUR)
- Identify potential interventions or solutions to manage issues
Requirements
- Project manager responsible for the overall execution of clinical trial(s)
- Direct report and matrix manage assigned study team(s)
- Ensure compliance and execution on timelines and deliverables
- Awareness of internal and external business environments
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
- Manage implementation, on-time execution of clinical study including the development of Study Plan
- Communicate study progress and actively identify issues
