About the role
- Provide legal support and advice to internal clients on employment law issues
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various employment law topics
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns
- Support the legal team in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Completed L.L.B. program
- Completed an employment law module in legal studies
- In-house work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills
