About the role

  • Provide financial control, reporting, and analysis for multiple DoD contracts
  • Maintain, track, and update budgets, forecasts, and expenditures in accordance with contractual requirements and company policies
  • Manage financial reporting, oversight, and program performance metrics
  • Support Program Managers with labor planning, project status reviews, and variance analysis
  • Generate monthly financial reporting packages and interface with internal finance and operations teams
  • Maintain and analyze indirect rate structures to ensure accuracy in cost reporting and planning
  • Serve as a Unanet SME for project setup, labor tracking, indirect allocations, and billing workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Controller or Project Financial Analyst role supporting government contracts
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Unanet in a project control capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding and managing Indirect Rate Structures, including overhead, G&A, and fringe allocations
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Working knowledge of DoD cost accounting principles, FAR/DFARS, and Cost-Type, T&M, and FFP contract types
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
