About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Business Analyst team in gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create requirement specifications, functional documentation, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Align project requirements with Synechron’s business goals, delivery objectives, operational needs, and governance standards
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and testing teams
- Manage change requests, assess impacts, maintain traceability, and obtain stakeholder approvals
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, testing activities, and delivery commitments
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, Business Analysts, project, technology, and delivery teams
- Review proposed solutions against approved business requirements
- Support test planning, user acceptance testing, defect clarification, release readiness, and post-implementation reviews
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce ambiguity, and improve delivery quality
- Mentor Business Analysts and promote consistent requirements, documentation, and stakeholder management practices
- Contribute to roadmaps, planning, status reporting, and delivery governance
- Lead stakeholder interviews, requirements-gathering workshops, process analysis sessions, and review meetings
