About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
Partner with product, technology, and business teams to deliver effective solutions
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and documentation
Support prioritization of initiatives by evaluating business value, impact, and feasibility
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to define project scope and objectives
Assist with testing, user acceptance validation, and implementation support
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and communicate status to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in business analysis or related roles
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile, product-driven, or collaborative environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Excel, Visio, Jira, and Confluence
