About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of advanced AI agents leveraging AWS Strands SDK, Bedrock AgentCore SDK, and CrewAI, supporting enterprise automation and operational AI use cases
Develop and execute complex agent logic, troubleshooting workflows, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable, multi-agent AI solutions supporting automation and data-driven insights
Design and optimize agent behaviors to support resilience, security, and operational efficiency
Support the integration of domain-specific data pipelines, external APIs, and observability tools supporting accountability and transparency
Innovate with prompt engineering, model tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies to support operational and decision-making needs
Enable continuous improvement by evaluating emerging AI frameworks, supporting deployment, and monitoring agent performance in production environments
Maintain comprehensive documentation on agent architecture, workflows, and operational metrics supporting compliance and scalability

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents, especially within enterprise environments supporting regulated industries (financial, healthcare)
Proven experience supporting multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (preferred)
Support experience with cloud-native deployment, automation pipelines, and real-time monitoring
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex AI workflows, model performance issues, and system failures supporting operational resilience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related fields
Certifications supporting AI frameworks, cloud deployment, or ethical AI practices (preferred)
