About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and plan the delivery of complex analysis and problem-solving tasks according to specified timeframes
  • Synthesise information and elicit requirements using various techniques
  • Engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Decompose initiatives into Epics and User stories
  • Drive the refinement of stories through to the definition of ready
  • Perform data analysis and mapping to support data migration and integration
  • Convert business needs into functional designs
  • Assist stakeholders in making informed decisions
  • Review and contribute to specification documents
  • Identify and manage operational and implementation risks and issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years’ experience delivering complex technical changes as a Business Analyst
  • Expertise in credit card lifecycle and processes
  • Experience working in SCRUM teams and applying AGILE methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Understanding of DevOps, Cloud Technologies (particularly AWS)
  • Experience in risk and change management processes
  • Relevant IT tertiary qualification
  • Previous experience in complex data migrations
