About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure supporting enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and security
- Automate deployment processes, infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement performance or security improvements proactively
- Support system upgrades, patching, migrations, and disaster recovery planning supporting operational resilience
- Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices and support enterprise standards
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure, automation scripts, operational procedures, and security policies
- Implement security controls, patch management, and vulnerability remediation processes supporting compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives supporting automation, effectiveness, and efficiency across operational environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years supporting enterprise cloud and on-premises systems with automation and infrastructure management
- Proven experience designing, automating, and managing deployment pipelines supporting critical applications
- Extensive experience supporting infrastructure automation and security patching in high-availability environments
- Supporting hybrid cloud architectures, migration, and scaling support in regulated environments (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting experience resolving system failures, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities supporting compliance standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred) supporting cloud architecture and automation practices
- Proven experience supporting or managing automation pipelines, cloud environments, and enterprise infrastructure in regulated environments
