About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks supporting system testing, monitoring, and operational workflows
- Develop and execute automated tests, monitoring scripts, and deployment checks supporting CI/CD and agile practices
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enhance system stability, scalability, and performance
- Automate routine operational tasks, alerting, and incident response workflows supporting proactive maintenance and faster response times
- Support cloud deployment, environment scaling, and system upgrades to optimize performance and resilience
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures, bottlenecks, and security issues supporting continuous improvement
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation frameworks, processes, and operational procedures
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices to improve automation, testing, and monitoring effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 7 years supporting enterprise systems with automated testing, operational scripts, and cloud deployment support
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining automation frameworks supporting web, API, and system health checks
- Strong background in automating incident responses, system checks, and performance validations supporting enterprise standards
- Experience working within agile, DevOps, or continuous delivery environments supporting enterprise digital operations
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, autoscaling, and high-availability deployment practices in a regulated industry (preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
- Certifications in AWS, DevOps, or relevant automation tools are a plus
