About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and manage cloud-native platforms, legacy systems, and virtualization environments supporting enterprise applications
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows using Terraform, CI/CD tools, and scripting
- Troubleshoot technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and systems supporting high availability and security
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security logs; support incident management and root cause analysis
- Support application, environment, and infrastructure upgrades and migrations supporting scalability and compliance
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, development, and QA teams to improve platform stability and operational efficiency
- Maintain documentation for deployment workflows, operational procedures, and security controls
- Support support activities, including scheduled maintenance, patching, and release support in a continuous delivery environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and automation support activities
- Proven experience supporting hybrid and cloud-native environments in enterprise settings
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and environment support supporting high-availability systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
- Experience supporting enterprise virtualization (VMware) and legacy systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware support certifications, or automation-related certifications are advantageous
