About the role

  • Lead the development and deployment of Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on .NET, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure projects
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
  • Continuously evaluate current Microsoft practices and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and solution quality
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and project updates
  • Participate in project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities to ensure timely and successful project completion

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework/Core, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure cloud services
  • Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET for application development
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on Azure platforms
  • Knowledge of PowerPlatform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus
  • Ability to work with SQL Server and other data management tools
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
