Key responsibilities & impact- Partner directly with Sales and Medical executives to drive business decisions and operational excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strategic Advisory & Executive Presence – Ability to influence senior leadership, provide business insights, and act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Medical executives.
- Healthcare Domain Expertise – Understanding of healthcare business operations, including medical affairs, commercial operations, reimbursement, market access, contracting, and provider/payer ecosystems.
- Commercial & Sales Operations Experience – Strong experience supporting sales strategy, forecasting, territory planning, incentive compensation, CRM analytics, and business performance management.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Agile Problem Solver – Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying business challenges, and developing practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
