Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide architecture guidance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Configure Marketing Cloud solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
  • Experience configuring Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, scoring models, dynamic lists, and campaign hierarchies.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) and audience activation concepts.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) or behavioral marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices including IP warming, sender reputation, bounce management, and email validation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture and marketing automation ecosystem.
  • Experience working in high-volume campaign operations environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed delivery teams (onsite + offshore).
  • Certifications (Required): Candidates should hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as:
  • - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
  • - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant
  • - Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (preferred)
