About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You monitor which questions IT users are asking in communities, forums or professional networks.
  • You answer these directly — or prepare helpful content, e.g., a post or a short guide.
  • You work closely with our product and development teams to discover new topics and present them clearly.
  • You demonstrate practically how our cloud solution sync-blue® helps in everyday use — for example, for syncing contacts between Outlook, iPhones, CRMs and more.
  • Identify and answer relevant questions in IT forums, communities and other online platforms — always with the goal of making our product sync-blue® visible as a solution.
  • Create short technical content that makes complex IT topics understandable and engaging.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and the development team to understand new features and use cases early and support them through communication.
  • Continuously monitor trends, discussions and issues within our target audience — you spot what matters to them and develop appropriate content.
  • Build and maintain an active community around our product.
