About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active and proactive outreach to prospective new customers (including independent lead generation)
- Handling inbound leads
- Conducting online demos and consultations
- Preparing and following up on proposals
- Expanding existing accounts through upgrades, upselling, and cross-selling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
- Proactive, empathetic, and structured in communication and work methods
- Solid basic understanding of IT topics in a business customer (B2B) environment
- Ideally familiar with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, Exchange, or Azure
- German at native level and very good English skills, both spoken and written
