Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active and proactive outreach to prospective new customers (including independent lead generation)
  • Handling inbound leads
  • Conducting online demos and consultations
  • Preparing and following up on proposals
  • Expanding existing accounts through upgrades, upselling, and cross-selling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Proactive, empathetic, and structured in communication and work methods
  • Solid basic understanding of IT topics in a business customer (B2B) environment
  • Ideally familiar with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, Exchange, or Azure
  • German at native level and very good English skills, both spoken and written
